BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board plays a primary role in Corporate Governance by setting out the strategic direction of the Company, establishing goals and ensuring a high degree of transparency and accountability. The company has two directors viz.,
K.V.Jagan Mohan Reddy, Director
An Engineering Graduate from Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, he treaded the path of entrepreneurship early. Beginning as a proprietorship concern in 1994, he was instrumental in helping the firm get the coveted Special Class Status by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Over the years, he is the person behind the growth of the Firm and later conversion of a company.
K.Suresh Reddy, Director
A Commerce graduate, he has been associated as a whole time director. His liaison skills and organizing abilities deserve a special mention. In addition to assisting the other Director in all the tasks, he oversees day-to- day operations and administrative activities as well.
KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL
KCVR is professionally managed company and the key management team consists of senior professionals specialized in construction activity, contracts, finance, operations, human resources and corporate affairs. Throughout the course of undertaking various construction Projects, company’s key management team have developed project and operational management expertise and understand the key opportunities and risks associated with this business. This know-how and expertise, which extends down from the key management team to the working.
Apart from the above, the Company has highly qualified and experienced manpower with them including Engineering Graduates, diploma holders, Chartered Accountants, qualified accountants, post graduates and several support staff. Many of these personnel are associated with the Company with dedication and are very experienced in their respective fields. It also has its own set of skilled labor and can offer various ranges of construction, catering to all segments of society; especially in road construction.
