M/s KCVR Infra Projects Pvt Ltd had a modest beginning in 1994 as a proprietorship concern promoted by Late Mr. K.C.Venkata Reddy. As a proprietorship concern it undertook road contracts and area development works along with other civil and irrigation works in Andhra Pradesh. In a short span, the firm earned a respectable name for quality and timeline adherence and was awarded Special Class status by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. With time, the firm grew in size and expanded operations all over Andhra Pradesh. And in the year 2004, with an array of capabilities under one roof, the proprietorship concern was converted into a Partnership firm viz M/s K.C.Venkata Reddy & Co and in 2011 the firm was converted into a Private Limited Company under part IX of the Companies Act 1956.

After the demise of Late Sri K.C.Venkata Reddy in the year 2015, his Sons i.e K.V. Jagan Mohan Reddy and K.Suresh Reddy and who were the directors of the company taken the company on their shoulders and running successfully. From a modest turnover in 1994 to being a Rs. 200 crore large organization, KCVR Infra Projects Pvt Ltd has come a long way.

M/s KCVR Infra Project Pvt Ltd ranks among the most respected and renowned business houses in Andhra Pradesh with an annual turnover Rs. 186.00 crores for the FY 2016-17 rallying behind KCVR’s progress is a team of committed, qualified and experienced professionals.

Leveraging its core expertise in road works, the Company has executed projects for the State Highways, National Highways, Link Roads and World Bank aided projects too. Accomplishing significant milestones in executing road and irrigation works, the company has also entered into Joint Venture partnerships. The Company is today ranked as a best service provider with a history of consistent order book.

Into a Private Limited Company

In the year 2004, with an array of capabilities under one roof, the proprietorship concern was converted into a Partnership firm viz M/s K.C.Venkata Reddy & Co and in 2011 the firm was converted into a Private Limited Company under part IX of the Companies Act 1956.
